You can only send Photos, Videos, and Audio Messages to a Temptation when they activate the Receiving Content feature in their Profile.

They can enable it under Subscription & Promotion > Premium Feature > Receiving Content
They set a fee for this interaction
Once activated, you have 24 hours to send your content

Stay tuned and watch for when your favorite Temptation turns this on.
