If you want to ban a Fan, you can use the Punishment feature. This option is available within your private conversation with the Fan. When the Punishment is active, the Fan will be unable to communicate with you. However, they will receive a notification informing them of the duration and the reason for the Punishment. You can also set a price that the Fan must pay to lift the Punishment earlier than scheduled.
