Yes, you can create an Alias for your Fans to help you better identify them. Simply go to the Messaging section in the left-side menu, open a private conversation with the Fan, and click on the three dots in the right side of the screen. Select the option Create Alias and choose the name you'd like to assign to your Fan. It will be visible only to you, and you can modify it at any time.
