If you are trying to record the Live Snapshot to verify your ID and a message indicates that your camera is not enabled:
- If it's an external camera, make sure it's properly connected to your device and update the camera drivers;
- Close any other applications that may be using your camera;
- In the navigation bar of your browser, you will see the icon of a video camera on the right with a red strikethrough symbol. Click on the video camera icon and allow Tempted access to your camera.
