To verify your identity, you will be required to upload an official ID document. Please note that this information is strictly confidential and private and will not be publicly displayed or shared with others. Your ID document must include your photograph, signature, name, date of birth, and address, with the exception of passports.

During the onboarding process, please be prepared to take a live snapshot using your camera. Ensure that your camera is turned on and ready for this step.

Acceptable documents include passports, national ID cards, driver's licenses, tax IDs, voter IDs, postal IDs, or any other valid government-issued photo ID that meets these criteria. We cannot accept student IDs, employee IDs, library cards, handwritten IDs, temporary IDs, photocopied IDs, military IDs, or health cards.

When taking a picture of your government-issued ID:

  • Avoid using flash;
  • Capture the image from above, with your ID placed on a flat surface;
  • Ensure that all four corners of your ID are visible in the photo;
  • Take the photo in color without cropping, rotating, retouching, adjusting colors, or making any alterations to the images.
