Once you have created your Profile, we need to review all the information you have submitted to us. 


Before You Begin:

  1. 1. Prepare your Documents:

    • Ensure you have your valid government-issued ID ready.
    • Be prepared to take a photo of yourself for identity verification.
  2. 2. Check Your ID:

    • Make sure your ID contains your picture, signature, name, date of birth, and address (excluding passports, which do not need an address).
  3. 3. Acceptable Documents:

    • Accepted IDs include a passport, national ID card, driver’s license, tax ID, voter ID, postal ID, or any other valid government-issued photo ID that meets these criteria.
    • We cannot accept student IDs, employee IDs, library cards, handwritten IDs, temporary IDs, photocopied IDs, military IDs, or health cards.

Taking a Picture of Your Government ID:


1. Lighting and Flash:

  • Disable the flash on your camera to prevent glare and distortion.
  1. 2. Camera Angle:

    • Place your ID on a flat, well-lit surface.
    • Position your camera above the ID to capture it in its entirety.
  2. 3. Show All Corners:

    • Ensure all four corners of your ID are visible in the photo.
  3. 4. Color Photo:

    • Take the photo in color, ensuring that it accurately represents the colors on your ID.
  4. 5. No Editing:

    • Do not crop, rotate, touch up, adjust colors, or alter the images in any way.

Selfie for Verification:

  1. Capture a Clear Selfie:
    • Take a clear and well-lit selfie to verify your identity.
    • Ensure your face is well-lit, visible, and matches the photo on your government ID.
